Done first contact number11/3/2023 Published by Evesham Journal - THE 'best and worst' GP surgeries in Evesham and Pershore according to patients have been revealed as part of an annual NHS survey. Alternatively, you can call 01905 969864 to book an appointment from 8am-6:30pm Monday to Friday, and 9am-1pm Saturday and Sunday. You can pre-book your appointment by calling our regular appointment line during our opening hours. These appointments are offered by practices across the county, so you may speak to a GP, nurse or other clinician from a different practice-but we hope this service will allow you to access primary care outside of our regular opening hours. Working in partnership with GPs across South Worcestershire, we now offer Improved Access telephone appointments at evenings and weekends. In addition you will be treated by well trained and motivated staff in a well managed and successful organisation, using modern methods and technology working with the NHS and other partner agencies. Our aim is to provide high quality modern medical care to enable easy access to a full range of services, in an attractive environment and atmosphere. We look after over 10,000 patients in Pershore and the surrounding villages. For more information, please read and share this letter Please be assured all the forms are strictly kept 'in house' and are reviewed by the Pershore Medical Practice clinicians and are not out sourced in any way.Īll GP appointment requests will need to be made via a simple form on our website - please click on the 'Contact us online' box below. This form will be actioned the same way if you were to do this online. If you do not have access to the internet then please call the surgery and one of our friendly receptionists will help fill out the form on your behalf. By doing this we hope to help you avoid the '8:30am rush' or being told to call back another day. This will allow us to ensure that we make time for people with the most worrying symptoms or complex illness. We believe that by doing this, it will help us to help you – meaning that patient’s needs are assessed on first contact with the practice, and to ensure that problems are dealt with by the most appropriate service. We wanted to update you that from 18th September 2023 we will be amending our appointment system to ‘total triage.’
